Natural Greens, a St. Johns County Mediterranean restaurant known for gyros and made-to-order salads, plans to open a second location at SilverLeaf Commons.
The eatery has leased 1,960 square feet at the shopping center and is expected to open by the end of 2026, according to Katz & Associates.
Natural Greens currently operates inside the food court at The Pavilion at Durbin Park, at 90 Durbin Pavilion Drive.
The casual restaurant serves up Mediterranean and Greek-inspired staples for dine-in, takeout, delivery and catering.
Its menu includes gyro sandwiches and platters, chopped gyro salads, falafel, Mediterranean rice bowls and customizable salads. Other offerings include hummus and pita, feta fries, grape leaves and baklava.
The SilverLeaf restaurant will join a lineup of businesses at the approximately 55,950-square-foot SilverLeaf Commons that includes Anytime Fitness, Allstate, Foxtail Coffee, Tersak’s Martial Arts, SilverLeaf Dental and QT Nails.
One 1,071-square-foot storefront remains available at the center, Katz told The Citizen.
Katy Figg and Nancy Sumner represented the landlord in the Natural Greens lease.
Kayla Deguzman and Connor Marabell of Cantrell Morgan represented the restaurant.
The new location would be the mini-chain’s second in St. Johns County.
