One of the wines that will be featured at the Aug. 5th dinner
LAS VEGAS (July 17, 2026) — Piero’s Italian Cuisine, one of the most iconic restaurants in Las Vegas and named one of the most romantic restaurants in the United States by OpenTable, will host an unforgettable five-course Summer Tuscan Wine Pairing Dinner on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 6:30 p.m.
Piero’s Summer Tuscan Wine Pairing Dinner will feature a specially curated menu that starts with a refreshing amuse bouche followed by five delicious dishes including Hamachi crudo, caponata with burrata, duck ragu with saffron pappardelle, braised beef cheek and apricot crostata for dessert that have all been specifically selected to pair with premium Italian wines.
This dinner will be held in an intimate and private dining setting giving guests the ability to learn about the wine selections. Guests will also be able to purchase the featured wines from the dinner to enjoy at home.
The Summer Tuscan Wine Pairing Dinner is $225 per person. Reservations are required and can be made online at Open Table.
