I do the same except I add some onion and avocado…and of course some balsamic glaze! 😋

It really is ❤️❤️ those wax coated store bought tomatoes are disgusting 🤣 I’m still waiting for my 1st ripe one but luckily a friend has kept us supplied 🙌🏼
