This bread always comes out so fluffy! I use the king arthur recipe. I've made quite a few of these the last several months to give to friends. I need to make these into rolls next time.

Very beautiful! I use the same recipe and I find the dough is very versatile. I’ve made rolls, loaves, burger buns, babka, cinnamon rolls, feuilletée, and even salt bread with it.
Getting that glossy deep golden color with tangzhong is tricky, yours came out perfect
