Lightly breaded and fall off the bone tender. The dip is their homemade sour cream and onion along with pickled celery. I’ve posted this restaurant wings before, so let’s not get into the whole celery debate of who likes pickled celery and who doesn’t and why you’d rather have fresh celery or blue cheese. This is a wing sub folks.

These look amazing!
They have the best gouchujang wings I’ve ever had. Usually I’m a buffalo guy but when I’m there I get 2-3 orders of the gouchujang. In fact, I’m making a batch inspired by Noble Beast on my Traeger tomorrow for the World Cup final.
And yes, the pickled celery compliments very well. Helps bite through the richness of the sauce. It’s like ginger with sushi!
