Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is set to strengthen Orlando’s Food Tourism profile this summer through its participation in the twenty-first annual Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining programme. From 14 August to 30 September 2026, a three-course prix-fixe menu will be offered for USD 60 per person, allowing authentic Italian cooking, Michelin-recommended dining and community support to be brought together within one Luxury resort experience.

The restaurant is positioned within the Four Seasons Resort, where an open kitchen is featured in the main dining room and an al fresco terrace overlooks lakeside scenery. The menu has been created by Italian-born Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and his culinary team. Orlando visitors will be given access to a structured dining experience that reflects traditional Italian flavours while supporting local nonprofit organisations.

Authentic Italian Cooking Shapes Orlando Food Tourism

Ravello’s culinary identity has been built around Italian ingredients, family recipes and traditional techniques. Chef Schenardi, who is originally from Torino, has drawn inspiration from dishes associated with his grandmother’s kitchen. Olive oil and flour imported from Italy are used, while fresh herbs are taken from the chef’s resort garden.

The restaurant has received the “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at Platinum Level. The highest ranking was awarded by the Milan-based ITA0039 100% Italian Taste Certification organisation following inspection and assessment under ASACERT standards. Ravello was identified as the first restaurant in the United States to receive the designation.

This recognition gives the Four Seasons Resort a distinctive place within Florida’s Food Tourism landscape. Italian heritage is supported through ingredients, recipes and recognised standards. Luxury dining in Orlando is therefore being linked with verified authenticity.

Three-Course Menu Brings Variety to the Table

Guests will be offered three appetiser choices. Carpaccio di Manzo will be prepared with beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes, Pecorino Sardo and agrumato. Tonno e Salmone Crudo will combine tuna, salmon, Taggiasca olives, roasted bell pepper, citrus emulsion and celery-mint salad. Frico, Rucola e Funghi will be served with Montasio cheese, a Friuli-style potato cake, wild mushrooms and rocket.

Tonno, Bagnet Ross, Panzanella will be centred on pan-seared tuna, bagnet ross and focaccia panzanella. Branzino e Salsa Verde will feature whole pan-seared branzino with Piedmont salsa verde, sautéed haricots verts, cipollini onions and Swiss chard.

Desserts will include vanilla panna cotta with local orange blossom honey, preserved blueberries, angel food cake and charcoal sponge. A chocolate and raspberry cake will be served with Jivara forty per cent crémeux, raspberry gelée and mascarpone whipped cream. Stracciatella Torta will combine toasted almond air cake, graham almond crust and espresso fudge sauce.

A red wine flight will be available for USD 30, while a white wine flight will be offered for USD 25. Each will include three two-ounce pours. Valet parking will be fully validated and reservations may be made by telephone or online.

Dining Supports Local Nonprofit Programmes

For every USD 60 Magical Dining meal, USD 2 will be donated to Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining fund. The funding will support OCA, or Opportunity, Community and Ability, through which people with autism and other developmental differences and their families are assisted.

Therapy scholarships will be funded through the proceeds, helping access to essential services to be increased for families facing financial barriers. Programmes helping adults with additional needs define life after high school will also be supported, with attention given to independence, purpose and meaningful connection.

Partnerships are maintained by OCA with Special Olympics, the United States Tennis Association, A Gift for Teaching, Orlando Family Stage and Central Florida Vocal Arts. A USD 3,000 donation will also be allocated by Visit Orlando to one nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts. Food Tourism spending will therefore be connected with community benefit.

Luxury Family Experiences Extend Beyond Ravello

Families dining at Ravello may use the complimentary Pasta and Play programme from Thursday to Saturday. After a family meal, children will be entertained by Kids For All Seasons attendants on a nearby event lawn, while additional time together will be enjoyed by parents.

The wider Four Seasons Resort experience may be included through an overnight stay. At Explorer Island, a private five-acre water park, a lazy river, two water slides, a Splash Zone, a complimentary kids club and weekly Dive-In Movies at the family pool are provided.

Adults are offered The Oasis adults-only pool, selected summer pool parties, an eighteen-hole championship golf course, pickleball courts and an eighteen-treatment-room spa. Six dining outlets are located across the Luxury resort, including the Michelin-recommended rooftop Capa Steakhouse, where views of Disney fireworks are provided.

By combining certified Italian cooking, charitable giving and resort recreation, Ravello’s Magical Dining participation will reinforce Orlando as a destination where Food Tourism, Luxury hospitality and family travel are presented within one integrated experience.
