Margherita with Parmigiano-Reggiano and mozzarella or is there some ricotta or some other kind of cheese on there? It looks so damned good. Those strips of Parmesan would be so very loud but still would be able to stand up to that beautiful pie without being too loud. And then you get a whole leaf of Basil. The dough was probably cold fermented for 3 days. Welcome to Flavortown.♥️
Definitely parmigiana, cold fermented for 48 hours. Love this dough recipe, very manageable good mix between New York style/Neopolitan. Thank you
