Easy Eggs Benedict
RECIPE:
2 English muffins
4 pc Canadian bacon
2 eggs
Country Potatoes (side) recipe @ironwoodchef
SAUCE:
2 Cups whole milk
2 Hollandaise Sauce packets
1/2 Cups Butter
METHOD:
Make the sauce by adding the sauce ingredients to a pan and whisking it while bringing it to a boil. Toast the English muffins in a pan with butter. Cook Canadian bacon and eggs to desired temperature. Serve with your favorite side. The recipe for the country potatoes can be found in my profile
