Love yellow bird and this one is no exception. Not ashamed to admit I eat spoonfuls by itself
I like yellow bird, i keep the Habanero and Serrano in my fridge. Good stuff.
I love yellow bird so much but this one was a miss for me. Too sweet. I haven’t tried all of the yellow bird but their habanero is in my top 3 sauces, this one and the serrano I tried weren’t as good to me.
Be careful. I posted about loving yellowbird and hot sauce snobs bashed me and still continue to because I think it’s a good brand. I like that flavor a lot.
I love the jalapeño and habanero ones.
I have some. It’s okay, but nothing amazing. I unironically think Tabasco’s is better, but I prefer Badia’s hot garlic sriracha by a huge margin. Yellow Bird’s serrano sauce is the only one I really liked enough to keep buying.

Got mad respect for Yellowbird but they’re just a tad sweet for my taste.
This may sound weird, but I used to eat this with ghost, scorpion, or reaper pepper flakes. You got all the heat and it made it seem like it was coming from this flavorful sauce. I kinda dug the combo.
This was sweeter than I expected but it still has a place and it’s good.
I haven’t tried this one yet. The red jalapeño sauce is a good balance of sweet and heat for me.
I was surprised to like this more than Huy Fongs Sriracha, I loved the blue agave flavour
