So, it looks like those are wings marinated in a hot sauce, maybe Franks or Crystal, Sous Vide for a couple hours, cooled or frozen (?) then deep fried and coated in what looks like a sauce that I would truly love the recipe/ingrediants for… HOW DID YOU GET THAT COLOR?!?!!!!!
