When 6-meat is not enough… SEVEN!

I try to do something different each week. This week I reached into my pizza meme. I first started with "When 3-meat is not enough… FOUR!" I'm up to 7 now. I know it's overkill. What does everyone think?

7-meat pizza. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, hot soppressata, sirloin fajitas, bacon and Earl Campbell's smoked sausage!

    5 minutes max temp bake + 3 1/2 minutes high broil = 8 1/2 minutes total bake time

    I guess I rushed it this week! LOL. Anyways, I just mentioned the toppings. Here’s the rest: (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan and cubed mozzarella!

    Kielbasa is really good on pizza. The main flavor component is garlic. Why it isn’t a common topping on pizza, especially Chicago/Milwaukee area is a mystery to me.

    I agree that it’s overkill, but you’re also having fun and sending a little business toward a great Houston Oiler, so carry on, pizzaiolo.
