Went to Barbill twice in the past week (Pics 1-3) during my time in Buffalo. Their wings are pure perfection. The only knock is they medium hot may be too spicy.. pic #4 is adolfs which everyone raves about- they don’t even come close, yes their blue cheese is great and wings are solid, but they don’t compare to Bar-Bill

I live in Buffalo and I didn’t realize how good the wings looked here until I joined this sub and saw them from different places. Crazy

Someone please tell me what the wings in Buffalo are like if you’ve had them and other top end places around the country? Do I need to use PTO just to come here and eat? Like I’ve had wings that I feel could be my last meal before(local place I’ve had has placed in national wing competitions) and I feel like I’m getting overhyped to the point of disappointment if I come to this bar.

    They’re even plated nicely.

Medium Hot on one trip were fine. The second trip, my coworker and I were a mess. Got wrecked by the heat. Still delicious!

They’re absolutely worth the hype. Sometimes you catch them on a busy night and they’re not cooked as well but 99% of the time they’ll be the best wings you’ve ever had.
