In a bit of a recipe rut like us? Well, Jamie Oliver has just dropped 10 brand-new and exclusive recipe ideas that might be exactly the inspiration you need.
Created exclusively for Pinterest, the celebrity chef’s latest collection takes its cues from the recipes people are searching for right now, with everything from barbecues and picnics to heatwave-friendly desserts influencing the menu. And these are not just your average summer recipes either. There’s a portable pavlova (which to be smug, I made with Jamie the other night at the launch event), designed to be packed up and taken on picnics (and piped in a beautiful swirly design), savoury s’mores, which swap marshmallows for a cheesy twist on the campfire classic, Hot Honey BBQ Chicken, Loaded Caesar Salad Dip and a cooling Matcha Fro-Yo. Yum!

The recipes were inspired by rising searches on Pinterest, where interest in BBQ food ideas, summer cakes and picnic food has soared in recent months.
Speaking about the collaboration, Jamie said: “We’ve looked at what everyone is searching for this season to create 10 gorgeous, trend-led summer recipes. Pinterest is the perfect place to visualise your ideas and get creative, and who knows, your next board could be a cookbook in the making!”
The new dishes sit alongside more than 290 Jamie Oliver recipes already available on Pinterest, covering everything from quick midweek dinners to impressive weekend feasts. They’re all completely free to browse and save, making them ideal if you’re looking to freshen up your summer cooking without buying another cookbook.
