Hello everybody, I am brand new to pizza making.
I just made my first ever pizza using a gas Cozze 13".
My kids and wife love it, and so do I. Made sourdough and used sauce made from tomatoes from the garden. I made a prosciutto pizza with some truffle oil.
Weight gain in the near future.😅

Give new York style a try. You’d be surprised how easy it is and can be done easily in your home oven. Don’t have to settle for small pizzas either.
