Tried the serrano sauce in a batch of chili and it has been bomb so far. Added tons of flavor for relatively little heat!

I haven’t had the Serrano but the habanero is super good. Not a lot of heat but the taste makes up for it.
Yellow Bird gooooood. Big fan of the Serrano.
The 7 11 close to where I lived had Yellow Bird hot sauce at their food prep area. They had 3 or 4 different ones all the way up to Ghost Pepper ones. It is the reason I used to go there and get beef hot dogs, just because of the Yellow Bird. Went in one day and they changed to some random off brand crap that had neither flavor or heat. Last time I went to that store.
There a restaurant supply store I go to that has the large size for $7
