Here we go again!
My wife bought me a Traeger 34 Pro series pellet smoker for Father’s Day and I’ve have been obsessed ever since. I haven’t stopped trying to smoke everything I can to see if it can taste better.
Follow me on this journey until Traeger sends me something or my wife leaves me.
Recipe:
Pizza Rolls
Total cook time: 50-55 minutes
Traeger Hickory Pellets
Traeger set to 350F
Ingredients:
9 Pizza Rolls
3 Slices of Bacon
Recipe:
Preheat Traeger to 350F. Wrap bacon (or don’t) around Pizza roll. Place on a foiled lined baking sheet and place on Traeger. Smoke for 30 minutes and turn Traeger to high. Cook until bacon is crisped or pizza rolls start leaking (20-25 minutes).
Smoke level: 3.5/10
Taste: 6/10
Flavor profile: Buffalo chicken forward with a slight Smokey flavor.
Here we are again with another frozen recipe. I’ve had several requests for this so I thought why the hell not for a pool day snack. If you’re into pizza rolls, it’s good for what it is. I decided to throw some unwrapped pizza rolls on there to see what’s better. I am team bacon wrapped and my wife isn’t. She also refuses to eat frozen delights like this so the kids and I pounded them.
Please send me your recipes! I want to smoke everything and anything! I am currently accepting any and all rubs, pellets or Traeger add-ons. If you have something you want me to try/buy send me a message!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Driest yet
That isn’t nearly enough pizza rolls bro. You’re supposed to dump the whole bag on there.
Your traeger is an outdoor oven, and yet, you managed to make frozen food, dried out.
Have you tried smoking cubanelle peppers? And or other salsa ingredients? I’ve had a lot of success with both, 250 or so for ~ 2 hours, flip as needed
Traeger for the love of beef send this man something
Whatever credit you built with the pickles yesterday, you lost with this shit.
Let’s get back to the drawing board and be better tomorrow. 😔
You are drifting to the realm of oddity. With that said, let’s see some twinkies.
Were they good?
Oooh this makes me want to try smoked leftover pizza 🤤
