    My Nathan’s bun length don’t really char like Ballparks. So for me, it depends on the dog

    From the bottom id only turn away 1,5 and 9. The char is uneven. 4 is perfect

    I grill and smoke every chance I get, but honestly prefer hot dogs placed in boiling bowl and removed from heat covered for ten minutes. For me, that’s what a hot dog is.

    Sausages are both grilled and smoked in my house though…
