The mid-summer garden changeover is amazing, IMO. It's wild to think it's at this point already! Those beans that are getting tough might be good candidates for dried beans, if you don't have something going in to replace them right away. I noticed some of our snap bean varieties had some interesting patterns and colors when we let some of the beans dry on the plant. Those grapes look amazing!!! I definitely am adding those to our list… And next year, we will grow the mashed potatoes squash, too! Thanks for the walkthrough!
