Hi guys! I am covering the biggest "cake" I've done tomorrow. It's a cardboard dummy cake that I'll be covering in fondant as a favor for a friend. Generally I use my silicone baking sheet to roll the fondant out & cover the cake with the baking sheet to transfer it to prevent tears, etc. But we're talking a 3 ft high cake, 22 in in diameter at the bottom. So I'm looking for any tips, tricks, hacks, etc to roll out a twin sheet size fondant! 😂 Also because it's a cardboard cake, I can't separate the tiers to do them individually. I'm an at home baker who has done a lot of fondant work but never more than 2 ft and much small diameter.

Attached is the cardboard cake that I'll be covering with Ai ribbon attached. TIA!
