That’s a tenderloin off a pig! Loin is thicker and less tender.
That is the Tenderloin and it is as underrated as beef tenderloin is.
That looks like pork tenderloin instead of pork loin.
Did you cut it up with a chainsaw?

Yes pork tenderloins are great on a pellet grill. Also very cost effective. I’ll be smoking 2 tonight.
Was there a recipe or just dust it and smoke it?
