I made this sardine spaghetti for dinner. Shallots, garlic, cherry tomatoes, splash of white wine vinegar, and the Fishwife lemon sardines. Topped with a generous grating of parmesan. Very tasty!

Heck, so making that! Looks yummy
I’ve always wondered what one would do with sardines in pasta. I will have to try this as I have a ton of cherry tomatoes to get rid of. Do you think cutting the tomatoes would be a bad idea?
