San Diego’s Michelin three-star restaurant Addison by William Bradley will host two dinners next month featuring a multicourse tasting menu prepared by chef-director William Bradley and chef Anne-Sophie Pic of Michelin three-star Restaurant Pic in Valence, France.
In 2011, Pic was named the World’s Best Female Chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and she’s the fourth female chef to helm a Michelin three-star restaurant. A fourth-generation chef whose culinary roots date to her great-grandmother in 1889, her Pic Group hospitality company holds 10 Michelin stars across Europe and Asia.

Bradley’s Addison in San Diego’s Carmel Valley — which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year with a major renovation — was the first Southern California restaurant to earn three Michelin stars in 2022. Addison was also this year named No. 31 on the list of North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026.

Besides running restaurants with three Michelin stars, chefs Bradley and Pic have something else in common. Pic is an Ambassador for the Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot, and Bradley is a Hublot Friend of the Brand. The two dinners will be presented in partnership with Hublot.
The menus will bring together the elegance of French cuisine with the flavors of California and will be priced at $695 per person, with optional wine pairings. Tickets for the Sept. 27 and 28 dinner will go on sale at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, on Opentable at opentable.com/r/addison-by-william-bradley.
