The Chambers, Taj Hotels’ exclusive members’ club, has announced the latest edition of The Culinary Chronicles, bringing French chef Florence Dalia to India for an exclusive culinary residency at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, and Taj Mahal, New Delhi. The residency is part of Rendezvous, The Chambers’ platform for curated member experiences.
Chef Dalia has curated a multi-course menu inspired by French cuisine with influences from Asia and Australia. The menu includes Gillardeau Oyster with Cucumber and Yuzu Kosho Granita, Hokkaido Scallop with Burnt Leek and Vanilla Beurre Blanc, Brittany Blue Lobster with Shellfish Bisque, Miso and Australian Finger Lime, A5 Wagyu with Café de Paris Butter and Burgundy Jus, and Peach, Almond and Verbena dessert. The dining experience will also feature handcrafted beverage pairings.
The Culinary Chronicles is designed to bring international chefs to India through curated dining experiences for members of The Chambers, combining culinary traditions with immersive gastronomic experiences.
