A few days ago, I shared my homemade vegan paneer made from pumpkin seeds. Using that same paneer, I also prepared this delicious vegan paneer potato curry. This dairy-free sabzi is simple, flavorful, and perfect to serve with roti, naan, paratha, or rice.

I was confused by the title. There is a reason it is called Pumfu. It is made the same way soy tofu is made.
Thank you for making and sharing so many of your recipes for free.
I’ve been meaning to try and make one of the paneers (probably the watermelon seed one). Is there a reason you don’t use salt in them?
