Herring and Kimchi on Sourdough

Made this weird sandwich today with smoked herring (canned), kimchi, avocado, cottage cheese, mayo, and sriracha on toasted sourdough bread.

    My wife loves those kipper snacks that come in a tin and good lord almighty do they stink. I have no idea how these herrings are but I imagine this sandwich smelling like a dogs anal glands leaking.

    Looks great! I imagine this is close to a sardine sandwich, which I love. And you can’t go wrong with kimchi!

    ETA people thinking fish and kimchi don’t go together clearly aren’t familiar with Korean food haha
