    I don’t think the cut will matter as much, but this looks like it was just boiled. If you are boiling a marinade is not typically used, but the sauce afterwards would be something like teriyaki. You could add onions, garlic, and ginger to the boil and use beef bone broth instead of just water to add some flavor though.

    Cut into strips 2 teaspoons cornstarch bit of soy sauce an egg white and
    Baking soda. Mix the raw meat in a bowl or whatever but mixing it with hand circular in the same direction for 3 mins then u can fry it
