A lot of you ask me, so here is my honest opinion about my rn best FD dinner that I have ever had in my life! I have been in 7 Michelin-starred restaurants in Poland and over 20 * in the world. I think it is quite a bit, so I will try to be as honest as possible.

Biskupia 4 by Paweł Grabowski is a fresh, open restaurant (almost 3 months old) in Kraków, run by chef Paweł Grabowski, that work in restaurants all over the world. Like The Fat Duck, Noma, Geranium, etc. So as soon as I heard of it, i reserv table. The restaurant is very small, like 5 or 6 tables, that is giving a very good private experience. When the first dinner was ending, I was already booking a second visit. I think this is the best recommendation. Right know im after my second visit, and I already booked my 3rd visit.

This is a mix of dishes from both dinners. The prices are good: 500zł for the menu and 380 pering. So, 200 euro for a beautiful dinner. Also, a huge plus for me is that the chef came to the table and presented some of the dishes. In the end, the dinner was absolutely perfect for me, much better than all Polish 1* and 2* Bottiglieria 1881. For me, it is 3* for sure, and I'm scared that it will be very hard to get a table after the Michelin Awards 2027.

  1. Amuse-bouche with caviar, Antonius, and goat cheese.
  2. Oyster with deep-frosted dill and buttermilk.
  3. Chef Pawel own version of tartare and consommé.
  4. Scallop with peanut sauce.
  5. Tomato soup with watermelon and basil.
  6. Halibut with Orange and asparagus.
  7. Lamb + Caviar Antonius (the best rank, I think 6*)
  8. That was the best dessert I ever had: rhubarb, geranium, vanilla, wild rose.
  9. Jelly

THE PHOTOS ARE IN CORRECT ORDER, from 1 to 9, and then there is a photo with the chef and some of the dishers from the second dinner.

  1. Foie gras, cherry, mirabelle plum.
  2. Roe and berry.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.
