These were some large mussels, probably the biggest tinned ones I've ever had! They come swimming in escabeche giving that tangy note. Unfortunately, I found these to be dry, a first for me, which I did not enjoy. This was a rare miss for Jose Gourmet brand as I'm hardly ever disappointed by the brand.
