12 Carolina Reapers, 6 Georgia Peaches, One yellow onion, 5 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 cups apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup lemon juice.
Pressure cook 20 minutes in instapot. Blend and bottle.

I just know that if those peppers were alive, they’d be spitting pure capsaicin into the eyes of anyone who came too close, and would be grunting out slurs crafted specifically for me. They look *angry*.
These days, I can’t tell if “Georgia peach” is a pepper variety or an actually peach. And I live in Atlanta
