First attempt at Vortex Wings. Everyone loved them and I'll have to make these again. Dried and added baking powder, dry rubbed with Carolina Dirt rub, 3/4 chimney B&B Competition Briquettes, 1 chunk pecan halfway thru the cook. Cooked for 40 minutes, the thermometer was pinned. Sauced and returned to grill for 3 minutes. Turned out great
