Have been through so many grinders. Some not repeatable and consistent. Some noisy and sounds like it’s breaking as it’s grinding. The Z2 has a lot of heft to it, butter smooth adjustment, super quiet, doesnt struggle when it grinds, and the knocker works great!

Congrats! How long was the wait from placing your order to delivery date?
Save me from doing the research, but what is it specifically about the Z2 that makes it the absolute hotness right now?
Retention with or without RDT?
Does it still have a stupid brushed motor?
You know when they’re just giving you a wera tool, it’s going to be a quality product.

I just got my Z1 this week and I’m in love! Even the cleaning brush is mesmerizing in the light.

Have had mine for a few weeks now, coming from a monolith conical. Much better clarity, thinner body shots. Harder to dial in. Fabulous workflow. Running the lab sweets but have core burrs too –
May try them in a couple dozen pounds of coffee or so.
