Island Creek Littleneck clams with confit garlic and chili in olive oil

This was a new one for me that I couldn't pass up! Tasty, plump clams with a bouncy chew to them that made them feel more significant. The oil was very good quality and the chili is definitely prominent! This tin has flavor, and heat with that garlic note from the confit clove. This one definitely had some spice, a tiny bit of grit as well. Ate the garlic at the end and it went really well with that last bite. Worth a try!
