Belle Cherry has been unveiled by the Morandé Wine Group as a rosé-style wine developed with global markets in mind to address the popularity of mid-strength wine varieties.

The product starts off with a Sauvignon Blanc wine base that’s blended with Chilean cherries to impart a fresh, juicy and sweet flavor as well as to achieve the distinctive pale pink color. The wine thus features a delicate citrus and floral aroma base with intense cherry and ref fruit notes. This is thanks to the fresh cherries having been crushed and fermented to achieve a cherry wine before being paired with the Sauvignon Blanc base. The wine comes in with a modest 7% ABV.
