So not only am I very new to sourdough (4th loaf) but I love chaotic baking. Decided to just try my luck at a 77% hydration dough, with zero experience working w high hydration doughs.

No one warned me that high hydration means your dough will have a mind of its own….i mean cmon, can we admire that dramatic trail down my counter.

To make this even funnier, I was less than 2 feet away doing dishes and did not even witness this master piece happening.

    This is absolutely hilarious and I love that you’re laughing along with your Sourdough’s antics!

    A lot of this sub and facebook groups and whathaveyous take it so seriously, I love coming across a good humor post like this ❤️

    sourdough is very dramatic when it’s hungry and when it’s full 😂 mine is in the fridge because of the shenanigans
