The photo is of a shoyu ramen that somehow turned out perfectly. I’ll probably never pull this off again

    Honestly? Most of the time I don’t bother. I love seeing it, but I’m more interested in a good balance of all the elements of a bowl of ramen rather than how neatly the noodles are lined up.

    That being said, your ramen looks gorgeous!
