Shaved ice is extremely popular in Japan, particularly in the summertime, and now Godiva is trying its hand at the dessert. The brand is serving up two new shaved ice options, each of which features the brand’s premium chocolate. There’s the Shaved Ice Chocolat Elegance, which features a base of chocolatey shaved ice, chocolate whipped cream and shaved chocolate, and chocolate syrup. The whole thing is then topped with chocolate whipped cream dusted with chocolate powder, more chocolate sauce and shaved chocolate, and, finally, a Godiva chocolate square on top. On the other hand, the new Shaved Ice Tiramisu Chocolat features a similar dose of chocolate, but with mascarpone cream and coffee gelatin added in as well.
