Absolutely fascinating, creative, and delicious. Easily one of the top 5 meals I’ve had in my life!
(Photos not in order.) I really liked how the chef uses the temperature of the food to trick your brain. Foie gras ice cream, butter-flavored ice cream with caviar, etc. The lobster dish was insane! The chef also uses sour flavors really well.
Visit if you can! This is the restaurant that has held three Michelin stars for the longest time in Austria.

It is just hands down the best food I ever had. I go there once a year, had a cooking course there and was even allowed to work a saturday there. Chef is just a great person, super friendly and – tbh – just cooks some amazing stuff.
Edit: It was the only restaurant in Austria to get 3 stars for a looong time (now there are two, but the second one doesn’t deserve it imho; but there will soon be three probably – all 3 in vienna). But this is Amador’s third restaurant, and he has held 3 stars with every single one – outstanding achievement!
Any chance you can tell me about pic #3 looks like fish with some sort of roulade on top. I am interested in what the roulade is?
