The Leela Palace New Delhi, in partnership with Culinary Culture, will host Massimo Bottura and the team from his three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Osteria Francescana, for two exclusive dinners on August 27 and 28, 2026.

Based in Modena, Italy, Osteria Francescana has twice been named the World’s Best Restaurant by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, in 2016 and 2018. Bottura is known for reinterpreting Italian cuisine while drawing on traditional flavours and techniques.

The Delhi dinners will feature dishes including Oops I Dropped the Lemon Tart, ‘The Crunchy Part of the Lasagne and Psychedelic Cod Not Flame Grilled. Bottura will also participate in an interactive session with Vir Sanghvi, Chairman of Culinary Culture. Bottura, a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme and founder of Food for Soul, has also worked on initiatives focused on sustainability and food waste reduction.
