I'm so glad I learned how to do this gardening and canning! I'm not exactly old, I'm 36 and this year has been the best ever. I couldn't be more happier I'm curious how many quarts of tomatoes this is going to make!

Nice! Some of this, yield wise, will depend on how you process the tomatoes. We really like to do the NCHFP “crushed” tomatoes; they’re the backbone of so many recipes.
Consistently, year after year, we calculate based on 3lb -> one quart (with some rounding / loss etc)
Example: this year we bought 125 specifically for canning crushed and got 43.5 quarts (and a few jars of juice). Of those 125 we pulled a few out for slicers for sandwiches and another few for canning my chicken tortilla soup. Hope this helps!
