The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back and better than ever, baby!

2026 booth

We hope you’re hungry, because we’re taking you along with us to the Forest & Field booth. This booth was new to the festival in 2024, and now it’s back for its third year. What’s on the menu…and is it any good? Let’s find out!

Menu

This year, there are two returning food items and one new one, along with some returning beverages on the menu. The items here have heavy garden inspiration, hence the name!

2026 Forest & Field Menu

Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!

Eats

Starting out our list is the brand-new Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili with Plant-based Sour Cream, Plant-based Cheddar, and Cornbread Croutons for $5.99. This is a plant-based dish. And when Disney says spicy, they mean SPICY! But with that being said, it is a solid chili; however, it does have an overwhelming chili flavor.

For example, the cheese, sour cream, and cornbread don’t balance the flavors out too much — they just help bring the chili flavor down when added. The cornbread on its own is delicious, and they added just the right amount to the dish! They’re soft and crumble in your mouth, but they aren’t dry at all! Overall, it was a very good dish!

Chili

Returning to Forest & Field is the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline. This is part of Emile’s Fromage Montage and is $5.49.

Last year, we found these to be incredibly tender, with some nice caramelization from the butter topping, and this year is exactly the same! The ravioli is very soft and savory, which makes it satisfying to eat. Be sure to get some cheese and pomegranates with each bite because they just make the dish so much better! It’s absolutely a “Best of the Fest!”

Also returning this year is the Schiacciata Sandwich, made with mortadella, prosciutto ham, sun-dried peppers, arugula, stracciatella cheese, fall squash mostarda, and pistachio pesto on warm focaccia, all for $6.29. Everything on this sandwich is just the perfect amount because you can taste every aspect!

It’s very rich and flavorful, and the bread was toasted perfectly, with a nice crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. The dried pepper and arugula add a nice flavor, and every ingredient complemented each other nicely.

Now, on to the drinks!

Drinks

All three beverages on the menu here are returning to the festival. First, there’s the Brewery Ommegang All Hallows Treat Imperial Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. You can get a 6oz for $6 or a 12oz for $9.75. It has a very rich, dark chocolate taste with notes of peanut butter, and it almost reminded us of a drink you’d find during the Christmas season. This drink definitely isn’t for everyone, especially if you like more of a light flavor. It was also set to have a slightly sweet vanilla finish, but we didn’t get much of that.

Also here is the Daou Vineyards Chardonnay for $6.50. When we tried it out in the past, we found it to be pretty dry, but lacking in a deep profile.

The Famille Hugel Classic Pinot Noir for $7 is the last beverage on the list. It was quite light when we tried it last year, but it was lacking in richness of flavor, much like the Chardonnay.

So where does Forest & Field land for us this year?

OVERALL

Overall, we really enjoyed the items here at Forest and Field! The Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli continues to be a win for us year after year, and all of the other items we had impressed us! If you’re looking for hearty options, the Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili is a great option, and you can finish off your meal with the Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout, as it acts like more of a dessert!
