I’m gonna share what I do OP. Mustard mix with onions and two kinds of shredded cheese. Plop that on slices of cheese as you cook that shit up. I ate it faster than I should have.

So, when I was overseas, I did love using the “scharf senf” and other muatard delights on all my sandwiches to include GC. Europe spoiled me on good mustard.

i do dijon mustard on one side and apple butter on the other (with white cheddar cheese) for a sweet and salty situation. i love to pair it with butternut soup!
