Sovian Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is now serving diners in Georgetown.

Sovian is a European-style steakhouse, taking inspiration from culinary traditions in Italy and France, according to a news release. The restaurant has a traditional dining space, outdoor patio, lounge and private event space.
This is chef and owner Vira Chudasma’s second Georgetown restaurant. She also owns La Riv Wood Fired Italian.
“Sovian is a passion project born from decades of travel, culinary exploration and a desire to bring authentic European flavors to Central Texas,” Chudasma said in the release. “We want diners to feel transported—to enjoy world-class European dining, without having to travel to Europe.”
On the menu
Sovian sports a menu of wood-fired steaks, Mediterranean seafood, cocktails and wines.
