In July, my company sent me to Korea for a business trip.

While there, I was included in the employee lunch buffet and I believe it was one of my fond memories there! I did try other delicious foods, but these buffet lunches just hit the spot.

As someone that doesn't eat pork, I was worried that I could not eat the buffet most of the time, but strangely while I was there they almost always have non-pork option.

One of my favorite dish is a stir-fried smoked duck that I could not even find at restaurants! Please if you know any restaurant that sells this kind of smoked duck, let me know!!!
