What’s Cooking? View a variety of tasty treats from Bison football tailgate lot – InForum

FARGO — On a humid September afternoon with highs in the low-80s, North Dakota State football fans filled the tailgate lots for a second consecutive week.

The pregame “Bison March” included a helicopter flyover, and there were plenty of tasty treats being grilled, fried and smoked prior to Saturday’s game against Fordham, which was NDSU’s first game against an FCS opponent as an FBS program.

Deep fried steak bites were among the delicacies.
