    Korean men from Generation X have a trauma associated with pork cutlets. Back then, it was apparently common for mothers to trick their sons by telling them they were going out for pork cutlets, only to take them to a hospital instead and force them to get circumcised.

    Mom: “Son, want to go get some pork cutlet?”

    Pizza/pasta plus pork cutlet is an interesting restaurant concept. I’d like to try the snow cheese one.
