So tasty. And a number of repeat favorites there.
FYI, on the right side in the small mason jar is a homemade home grown habanero ferment w/ added raspberries, blueberries & blackberries, plus demerara sugar & more. It’s also the spiciest of the sauces.
I recently enjoyed these hot sauces with some crispy grilled chicken drumsticks on the weekend, as shown in the second picture.

Sambal has been getting heavy use in my place lately. Great on its own but amazing in marinades.
