I’m not sure where this sauce was purchased as it was given to me as a gift, but it is light on the spice and heavy on the flavor. So far has been great on chicken, eggs, dumplings, and rice. I highly recommend trying it.

I haven’t tried it. But I love Datil peppers. I’m going to grow them next season.
