Absolutely my favorite hot sauce from last year’s garden and still have some! My recipe was based on a 12 month Reaper mash ferment. Blending 1 cup of pure mash with 2 cups of blueberries, juice of 3 limes, blend of vinegars (ACV, white, raspberry, red wine), small bit of water
