Did you pick the Buenas specifically for color? Mine get way more hot when they’ve turned red but I can imagine this was still a good use for them aesthetically.

That looks awesome. I’m going after a purple colored sauce once I harvest for my next batch. How many grapes did you use? I was suggested purple yams but I don’t want my sauce too starchy
