During a live taping of The Martha Stewart Podcast, hosted by McCormick and iHeartPodcasts, Martha sat down with her longtime friend and makeup artist Daisy Toye, along with Toye’s fellow The Real Housewives of New York City cast members Erin Lichy and Carole Radziwill.

The four women chatted about cooking, friendship, and food. During the upcoming podcast episode, the ladies rotated, taking turns asking and answering questions about their favorite restaurants and where they’ve had the best cup of coffee.

Both Martha and Toye agreed that a café just outside the Milan airport in Italy serves the best brew. In fact, it’s the same coffee that our founder has at home—Antica Tostatura Triestine. “What a coincidence that is,” Martha said. “You just taste it immediately.” The wood-roasted Italian espresso and coffee beans are from Trieste, Italy, and are roasted using beechwood and a traditional 18th-century method. Radziwill joked that she gets her coffee from the bodega.

Martha and Toye also discussed the best trip they’ve ever taken together—their first trip to Dubai, which featured a fabulous tea party.

Their friendship was also recently shown during the season premiere of The Real Housewives of New York City, which aired September 8. In the opening scene, Martha visits the home of Toye and spots a store-bought pie. “Oh, come on. I’ll teach you how to make pie so you don’t ever have to buy a pie,” she told Toye.
